Hump day! yay!

I've made it to the middle of the week, which in reality, still isn't Friday.... Checked a whole bunch of stuff off my to-do-list, but still have plenty to do....and just got done with the denist...which is not my cup of tea....I still feel about 10 or so going to the denist. I have soft teeth, so growing up, it seemed I was always going for a filling...the numbing thing, the sound of the drill, the smell...i could just go on and on! I just hated it...and still do on some level... I would cry ...and cry and the pain was just horrible...So, being just under 30 it has turned into "don't go back to the past" thing... Go in with a good frame of mind, breath deeply, and you'll be fine. ...I think the last time I went to the denist was about 3 years ago...which is totally embarressing to admit, but I can do that...so I haven't been for a while. My denist, who is totally cute, by the way.. that does help, still...but it's the act that kills me... he seem to think it was best for a deep cleaning...yeah, didn't know what I was getting into when i made the appointment... I had to do the numbing thing and drilling thing...oh god, it was ....not as bad as i remember those trips...but still there was toughing and scrapping... So, something else I didn't know- they only do the deep cleaning one side at a time..which means I get to do this whole thing AGAIN! .please lord, not too much pain when this "de-numbing"...comes into affect. i also found out that I need to floss more... and brush more.....so i will! ....back to my cute denist...real quick...you know you have a GREAT denist, when...

1. he's cute

2. he comes with a cute acsent

3. He tells you..."he won't let it hurt" :)

4. He reminds you ...to "just relax...just relax..."

5. He tells to think of being on the beach in Hawaii...as he already has given you your first shot

6. As he sits down to begin he says..."this will be a lot of FUN! "

...I know that one...i use it on my clients....i guess we can share ;)

and the last one...he finishes this deep cleaning clean...within 1/2 hour and says with a smile...you're done and will do the other saide next time!

so, here I am I can't smile..because we all know what it will look like ...just the thought of it makes me smile... I have spit overflow in my mouth...and my nose feels funny...i hate it !!!



On a different note... today was going to be my first almost full day over at Dr. leilani Bettencourt, but two called and canceled... this is probably the most upsetting thing about my job....when they don't show- there is no money coming in...which sucks..because the thing you want to do the most when you get canceled on..is...of...course buying soemthing..for me it's coffee...On some level I feel i deserve it...i got myself out of bed..worked on a workout sheet and waited...for you to never show up :( it makes me sad...but they resheduled and we will have to see till next time....
